Franklin NC
The last couple of years we have stayed at "The Great Outdoors" RV park. This year we are planning to stay at Cullasaja River RV park about 6 miles up the Higlands (sr 64) road from the downtown Franklin area. It looks like a nice park from what I can tell from the pictures on their website and the price is certainly MUCH better than The Great Outdoors and I'd appreciate any comments about this park.

We stayed their May 8-9, just 2 nights and had a very nice location with the river just behind us. Full hook-ups and a bargain at $30 per. Shower house was very clean. Most of the sites at this park are seasonal and it has a neighborhood feel to it. If you are going for the "roughing it" experience best to look elsewhere. I do recommend this park.
